Easiest was to describe myself is a highly caffeinated ball of energy!  I love to dance, have fun, and help others achieve their fitness goals!  The members here inspire me to be a better coach and better athlete every day!

My background is a bit different.  I'm a Johnson & Wales graduate with a culinary and restaurant management degree.  I have 10+ years of restaurant management experience, which if anyone knows, is one extremely stressful job.  I've always looked for different ways to unwind from the job. So, back in March of 2014 I took my first Orangetheory workout and finally found what worked for me and had been a premier member ever since. During the summer of 2015 I realized that my passion for the restaurant life had faded and I knew I needed a change.  I am now Studio Manager and able to say... I LOVE WHAT I DO!!! Who gets to say that?  Never though I would... Thanks OTF

I fell in love with fitness during my own weight loss journey, motivating myself, through interval training, to lose 85lbs. Through that journey I became hooked on learning all about fitness, I'm more the performance junkie, always wanting to test myself. I studied Brazilian jui jitsu and mma for many years and helped teach strength and conditioning for some of our fighters in camp. I found Orangetheory Fitness 2 years ago and fell in love with the class immediately. I needed to be apart of it more becoming a trainer as soon as I could, and have loved motivating clients through their journey. "I Can and I Will"

I burn for my goals! At OTF I can easily set new goals and see myself getting faster and stronger, physically and mentally.  Nothing like beating my previous personal record!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch.  It is a power movement that incorporates the entire body working together, strong legs, tight core, and powerful throw with the arms!
RJ is the regional fitness trainer for the Long Island, NY area. He is
a graduate of Adelphi University with a bachelors degree in Physical
Education and Health. While studying at Adelphi he competed as a member
of the Men's Lacrosse team, as well as held the position of an athletic
coach at the varsity and junior varsity levels for multiple sports. As a
testimony to his dedication to fitness and exercise, RJ competed and
placed in three all natural body building shows in the physique
category. He has been a part of the fitness world since his early teens
and continues to make a name in the industry. He believes that everyone
has the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle and works to help people
improve their chances to do so on a daily basis. RJ has various
certifications and always strives to become more educated in all areas
of fitness and exercise. His goal is to change as many lives as possible
through exercise and providing knowledge of healthy choices. He strongly
believes that as a trainer at Orange Theory Fitness he will be able to
obtain this goal and provide members with a more physically fit
lifestyle.
